One of the best food I've ever had. Can a gluten free person get a good meal at this restaurant? Can't tell you what is in it, but we both enjoyed it immensely.

It looks kind of formal at first but once you sit down it is more casual. The room itself makes you nostalgic. A casual menu is available, including the famous Hot Brown, lobster “mac and cheese,” steak au poivre, and the menu at the English Grill. Staff was wonderful and...made sure we were well taken care of. The delicious open-faced turkey sandwich is made with bacon, tomatoes and a delicate Mornay sauce and is a must-try when visiting Louisville.

Our restaurant is open with reduced hours of operation. The atmosphere is beautiful and you must dress up to attend. Valet parking is complimentary while dining at the café.

Open for breakfast and lunch, the café serves a contemporary à la carte menu, and from Tuesday to Friday a buffet of gourmet soups, salads, antipasto, hot entrees, and desserts. Servers were attentive without being intrusive. Not the Brown Hotel's. Get quick answers from Brown Hotel Lobby Bar & Grill staff and past visitors. We only had a snack of french fries, but they were served hot and just crisp enough....Love going here and will do so soon.More, First of all, it is just a gorgeous spot. Presentation was great.
