I purchased these three movies on Amazon video and was able to watch them many times. Fantomas (also played by Jean Marais) doesn't appreciate the joke and kidnaps Fandor to teach him a lesson. His hatchet-faced features are also too distinctive to make Fantômas’ non-Fandor disguises very believable. However, I found it all to be in good fun, with much the same atmosphere of the Patrick Macnee-led Avengers series.
